Every screen the desktop has — trips, job cards, finance, settlements, reports, administration
Transport Book, with nothing to install.
Sign in at my.transportbook.app and work on the live records your organisation keeps on the Transport Book server — the same screens, the same roles and permissions, and the same numbers the desktop shows. Nothing is installed, nothing needs updating, and a change made in the browser is on every desktop the next time it syncs.
Every desktop screen, in a browser tab.
There is no cut-down version. The web app is built from the desktop’s own screens and talks to the same server the desktops sync through.
Sign in on any computer, including one that is not yours, without installing anything
Always the current version: a page reload is the update
The same role-based permissions and the same records as the desktop
Shortcuts, theme and dashboard layout follow your account between desktop and browser
Exports download; PDFs print through the browser, where “Save as PDF” is a printer
Same work. Different place for the records.
The desktop keeps a full copy of your data on the machine; the browser works on the organisation’s copy on the server. Everything else follows from that.

Who can use it
Available to organisations whose workspace is hosted on the Transport Book server. Your Transport Book contact can confirm whether yours is, and move it if not.
Sign in with the same organisation, user name, and password you use on the desktop. Your role applies exactly as it does there.
What you need
A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and an internet connection while you work.
If the connection drops, the app says so at the foot of the screen, counts down to its next attempt, and picks up where you were once it is back. Nothing is stored in the browser between sessions.
See it against your own operation
Ask for a demo and we will open the workspace in the browser with your kind of fleet, then show where the desktop still earns its place.
