Offline-first by design
Every record is written to a local database first and syncs through the Transport Book server when the connection returns. Weak signal at a plant or depot never stops the work — and the same workspace opens in a browser when there is nothing to install.

Transport Book writes every record to a database on your own machine first. When the network comes back, changes sync to the shared database your organisation configures — and conflicting edits are surfaced for review rather than silently overwritten.
A weak signal at a plant, a depot, or a highway stop never stops a driver being assigned, a job card being raised, or a POD being logged.

Book and print the bilty
Pick the truck and the driver, take the fare from the party’s rate card, and print the LR on one sheet per copy.
Diesel, FASTag and POD
Fuel-card fills and FASTag tolls land on the trip, the driver’s phone sends photos and expenses, and pending PODs stay on your list until they are in.
Invoice and collect
Raise the GST invoice, prepare the e-invoice and e-way bill files for the GST portal, and see which party to call first for payment.
Settle the hesab
Close the driver’s hesab and each party’s ledger, read every truck’s profit in the vehicle report, and export to Tally for your CA.
