Nothing is shipped
Transport Book is software used online and through its apps. We send no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address.
When your plan starts
Your plan is switched on for your organisation as soon as Cashfree Payments confirms your payment, usually within a minute. The app updates by itself and the receipt goes to your email. A free trial starts as soon as you sign up.
Getting the apps
The web app opens in your browser. The desktop, Android and driver apps are downloaded from our download pages or the store that lists them.
If your plan has not started
If you have paid and your plan has not changed within 24 hours, email [email protected] with your organisation’s name and the payment details, and we will sort it out.
